SkyWatch Friday - Jacaranda Blooms

Here in Southern California, blue jacarandas can bloom twice a year, in the spring and the fall, the springtime blooms are much more showy however.

With its bell-shaped flowers and fern-like leaves, the blue jacaranda can grow up to 40 feet tall.

Every week over 350 websites from all over the World share their Sky images here.
