A beautiful velvety rose with a heavy spicy fragrance that has been around since 1952, originally used in marketing of the Chrysler Imperial automobile. The 1953 winner of All-America Rose Selections (AARS), a nonprofit association created by the American rose industry and dedicated to the introduction and promotion of exceptional roses.
