Yummy!!! And so pretty too - all golden & done just right. Looks like a Williams-Sonoma roasting pan? I did two 15-pounders this year...for planned 15 that was reduced to 13. We ate one and my sis-in-law & I split the other. We'll be eating turkey sandwiches for breakfast/lunch & dinner.
Hi FA - I barely had time! Hi Trea - OK, you bring the wine! Hi Kate - Start cooking at noon, done after 5 PM when it reaches 165°. Hi Tash - yes it is, just fits that big bird! 2 turkeys, double the skin! Lucky you!
Glad you found time to show us that beautiful 26 pounder! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteOh, my. I'll bet it was delicious. I am SO not a cook! I'm usually the one who brings the wine.
ReplyDeleteWow! that is one big bird! When did you have to start cooking it...must have taken a long time. It looks delicious!
