    Hi Petrea - No, I chose it because real estate is a really good value there. And there's no state income tax. Plus, I do like the town with all its fabulous restaurants and top chefs...!

    I love your sky capture, but you can keep the desert heat... I love my semi-humid air in Manila, so good for my skin. :-)
