Yuzu Blossoms




Citrus ichangensis x Citrus reticulata var. austera

The yuzu's flavor is tart, closely resembling that of the grapefruit, with overtones of Mandarin orange.

    Its flowers are like little pods of white, waiting to pop. So pretty and fragile looking. I like the white fence post in the background too.
